In 1998, Tomáš began his studies at the School of Glassmaking in Kamenický Šenov under Professor František Janák and Pavel Trnka.

Since graduating, Tomáš has honed his skills by collaborating with renowned glass artists such as Martin Rosol, Jan Mareš and Latchezar Boyadjiev.

 

Tomáš works with simple geometric shapes, reflections and optical illusions using cut and polished glass surfaces. Its thoughtful and perfect cut reflects light and creates contours and geometric shapes within the sculpture. In this way he manages to capture the nature of the glass with its primary properties.
