Their primary material is glass, often in combination with metal. The couple believes that glass is characterized by transmission, refraction, and reflection. The balance of these three elements can make hard glass appear soft. The two artists create their work while searching for forms that can only be achieved with glass.

Tsukasa graduated from Kurashiki University of Science and Arts in 1999 and has received awards such as the Mayor of Okayama in 2016 and the Excellent Prize at the Asago Art Competition in 2021.
